Bio

I have spent more than two decades in MedTech, leading R&D, innovation, digital, AI, software, and services businesses at GE HealthCare, BD, Carl Zeiss Meditec, and Welch Allyn. Before that, I worked in enterprise technology and aerospace at Peak Technologies, Sun Microsystems, McDonnell Douglas, and the U.S. Air Force.Much of my career has been spent helping businesses regain momentum when existing innovation strategies, portfolios, and operating models were no longer producing growth. My work has included reshaping innovation portfolios, rebuilding organizations, accelerating product development, creating digital businesses, integrating acquisitions and redirecting investment toward higher-value opportunities.Repeated results have included cutting development cycles by more than half, accelerating growth to multiples of market rates, improving launch predictability, reducing R&D intensity while expanding output, and building digital businesses that created both standalone revenue and pull-through for core portfolios.Today I advise leadership teams, investors, and governments on MedTech strategy, innovation, digital and AI strategy, portfolio choices, operating models, and ecosystem development to turn technology investment into sustainable competitive advantage and growth.
